Returns

It is important to us that you love your purchase from About a Girl! If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit you, we can offer a credit for you to purchase an alternative product online. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections. 

Your garment/s must meet the following requirements to be returned for a credit:

  • The garment/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for returns within Australia, and within 30 days of receiving the item for international returns
  • The garment/s must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags still attached
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns on jewellery, swimwear or beauty products
  • It must be a full priced item - there is no return on sale items
  • Please note that garments that smell of perfume / deodorant or have make up or tan stains on them will not be accepted as a return
  • Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging, which must be in good condition

 

TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Please ensure your garment/s meet the above requirements
  2. Complete a copy of the Online Returns Form that is sent out with your order (a copy of this form MUST be included with your return )
  3. Send your garment/s to:

  4. Once your return has been received, assessed and approved, we will be in touch with the details of your online credit. Please note that this may take several days to process
  5. Download our returns form here

Please note that the cost of sending the returns back is the customer's responsibility. We also recommend using a traceable service as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately at aboutagirlgc@outlook.com and we will be happy to replace or refund the item.
