Customer Service Assistant - In Store & Online 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team in our beautiful Nobby Beach Store. We are looking for someone with an engaging and friendly personality, a love for fashion and exceptional customer service to represent our brand. 

Key Responsibilities;

  • Greet and interact with all customers, and provide a high level of assistance as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor, and via phone and online channels
  • Manage point of sale processes
  • Maintain outstanding store condition, visual merchandising standards, and shop floor replenishment
  • Drive sales through productivity on the shop floor
  • Oversee and uphold our high standards of product quality control, and packaging presentation of daily online orders
  • Operate order fulfilment and dispatch systems to ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of online orders
  • Stock Management – restocking products, optimising warehouse space and stocktaking to ensure the accuracy of inventory
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve issues involving orders, products and inventory
  • Assist with customer service emails and phone calls, and processing customer returns in a timely manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience;

  • Experience working in retail and/or in an online warehouse environment
  • Exceptional customer service and communications skills
  • Highly effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Confident using stock management systems, with the ability to learn and implement new systems quickly
  • Experience with My Business Post and/or Shopify e-commerce platform highly regarded but not essential
  • Necessary skills to balance customer care with online administrative duties
  • Highly energetic 'people person' is essential

Applicants will need to be available to work between 12-18 hours per week, Monday 9-5pm, Friday 9-1pm and Sunday 9-3pm (Rotating every second weekend)
